Hello there!
We are a small boutique real estate firm specializing in real estate investments, property maintenance, property management and renovations. I lead the firm and have several years of experience in real estate investments primarily in the GTA and Niagara region. I came to Canada from India in 2014 as I joined the MBA program at Schulich School of Business, York University. After finishing school, I and my family found ourselves in love with the people and culture here and decided to call this beautiful country our “home”. I like to travel in our free time to summer places and love spending time with family on the beach. We are also fond of delicious food and different cuisines (though I’m not a fan of cooking, LOL).
We invest in properties in the Niagara region primarily, in markets like Welland, St Catharine’s, Port Colborne, Niagara falls and around. We are always keen to learn about other markets and actively follow real estate trends in Hamilton, Brantford, GTA as well. We specialize in the BRRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Re-finance, Repeat) strategy and focus on small apartment buildings 6-20 units. We also have experience with conversions to add multiple units and flipping units..
Why Real Estate?
The reason we started investing in real estate was to achieve freedom in terms of money and time. We have seen multiple market recessions in the last few years and felt the uncertainty it brings to jobs which are the only source of income for many families like us. We also want to travel more, when and where we like, but feel tied down by vacation days and funds that are always limited. Building a passive stream of income through real estate allows us to reduce our dependence on jobs, find more family time and pursue our hobbies and passion.
